A Twitter friend (dloo) just turned me on to LeechBlock, a simple Firefox add-on that helps you block sites that suck your productivity.
I just set it so I limit my Twitter time to 5 minutes every two hours during the workday.

Oh dear. That sounds like such a good idea. But I just can’t bring myself to do that! (My favorite online productivity sucker is Facebook.)
