It has been so great for me as a working mother who travels. When I'm traveling and my children need help with homework such as editing a paper or ppt for example they are able to share mouse and keyboard control with me and I am able to make any necessary changes in their document right in front of their eyes (like I'm sitting at the computer with them). It is great for business too, as my company uses it for conference calls and online meetings. It is so reasonably priced (the lowest pro account starts at $14.95 per month for 20 attendees).
